I have found local government types are worse than the feds or state because in the give a person a little power category.I think the reason many landlords don't like S8 is because you are catering for a growing section of society that are the complete opposite of landlords.On one side, the landlord is making prudent financial desicions, planning for the future, paying tax, etc.

For me, if you said you were so sorry for the delay, and to make it up to me you were going to give me a rent credit for the full 2 weeks I was without A/C, that would change my perception of you.
