That being said, there are strategies which have been used which are considered to be abusive which take unfair advantage of joe public.

My third recommendation is to add a "Report Abuse" link at the bottom of every page.

It just sounds like scams could start developing with this device as you'll probably get people to abuse it.That's JMO.

It was written actually for Aussie's specifically as they were getting so totally abused in the US turn key environment and did not really understand that people in the US might not tell the truth or stretch the truth.. and they CERTAINLY had no clue as to what a war zone or Ghetto was.. .they just thought 30k houses were cheap they did not correlate that they were management intensive and that they were not going to sit over in Brisbane and just collect rent on the first of each month  via electronic payments.In OZ they don't have checks...

Elder abuse is prevalent, sadly often difficult to prove and slow and expensive to litigate. 

Many people abuse faucets (washing cars, boats, etc.,) and there would not be as many persons utilizing the utilities.THE WHOLE POINT of examining this property was to show that even if it was purchased at 50% occupancy it makes sense to sit on it until (maybe) the area's population increases and thus one can reap big rewards.I have done some more research about the 77026 area code and I read that the average rent was $359.

Needless to say they didn't take it well and immediately started acting like scorned teenagers: wouldn't talk with us or respond to letters; greeted me with abusive language when I went to the property {I made certain not to bring my son this past month}. 

Two out of the three buildings are adjacent to each other, and there is a bus stop right out front.

I would be very concerned abut septic and drain field due to them failing when abused by occupants.
