You can educate yourself through real estate investing books, listening to podcasts from notable investors who’s techniques match your interests, or read blogs posted under major finance blogs such as Forbes.Another way to educate yourself is to attend workshops that can offer hands-on knowledge.

During my 3-day workshop, I do an entire roughly 2-hour component on market analysis.

House situation: Built in the 60's, 4 bedroom 2 bath with full basement with bonus room gigantic laundry/utility room and office, 2 car garage, workshop area, and  it is definitely livable and had a couple of additions over the years, but I have a couple of concerns here.

But using them for a workshop is very common.  

I used to be the featured speaker at a national workshop/school, where we presented PWF's as a great energy efficient alternative to concrete.  

Quality of life.. in my younger days schools ( IE spent half my income to live in the Palo Alto School system).. ease of commuting to work.. shopping. 

I'm almost finished with my FL real estate course (started it and in the middle found investing may be the way to go), have been reading like crazy on investing, flipping, rehabs etc and just finished a 3 day workshop.

If the information is good information, and you work hard to implement those systems, you will have a high rate of success.I met a guy that told me he has been going to bootcamps and workshops for over 20 years and he still hasn't purchased any real estate besides his own primary residence.Becoming a successful Real Estate Investor starts with your mindset.
