My father in law has a 3/3 single family home in woodland, CA.

Is the 70 acres in The Woodlands?  

I have recently stated working with a commercial real estate broker in The Woodlands, Texas and have been tasked with attempting to sell either partially or in its entirety 70+acres of a continuous lot and/or raise infrastructure funds for partial development.

I’m currently living in The Woodlands, TX (slightly north of Houston) and there’s quite a few Harvey houses on the market that have been gutted and have a pretty low asking price but could probably be gotten for even cheaper in some circumstances.
