I work at a medium-sized wholesaling company and comp off-market deals 24/7, so I can speak for Propstream as a non MLS User with 3 years of experience on the platform. 

I have a question for you, I am new to wholesaling in New York.

I like the idea of wholesaling—it's a great way to build some solid income and experience.

I plan to start out wholesaling learn how to spot good deals and then transition over to flipping.

Here are my four main goals:Goal 1: Buy and Hold in Developing Areas (Texas)I plan to invest in underdeveloped areas where I see growth potential, buying at a discount now and holding for long-term appreciation as development takes place.Goal 2: Wholesaling Discounted Homes (Texas)I’m also thinking of wholesaling properties in those same areas.

Initially, I pursued wholesaling with the goal of generating income to eventually buy and hold properties.

I am looking for recommendations for a software to help me with wholesaling and flipping.
