@Jason Tucker Yes, you can't turn them away because of their sex but I've seen some investors who have multiple rent by the room properties "refer" someone to one unit vs. the other.

You can find lots of real estate related resources (wholesalers, buyers, contractors, realtors, lenders, property managers etc.) 

You could be in an expensive market, like LA, but you inherited a property or you got a killer wholesale deal or subject to and the numbers could be very attractive compared to buying off the MLS for full market price in the same market.

What they do is basically teach how to Wholesale Commercial Properties professionally.  

We serve plenty of flippers/wholesalers who make around $500k/yr and some are higher.Once your salary is replaced (or a good portion of it), then stabilize the flipping/wholesaling with a great team so it doesn't require as much of your time/energy.

I don't hold them in my portfolio but I do wholesale them to other investors since the discounts are deeper.
