Why not buy new construction in the south east or mid west, and pay 100% cash (since you can still buy houses for 200-300K that are brand new in these areas)?

If you want cashflow, I would focus on areas up north like Linden and areas on the west side of Columbus, like Franklinton and Hilltop.

In terms of areas in Cleveland, I would recommend being in areas on the West Side of Cleveland like West Blvd, Cudell, Old Brooklyn, Clark Fulton, Edgewater, Jefferson, and Brooklyn Centre.
