If you want cashflow, I would focus on areas up north like Linden and areas on the west side of Columbus, like Franklinton and Hilltop.

In terms of areas in Cleveland, I would recommend being in areas on the West Side of Cleveland like West Blvd, Cudell, Old Brooklyn, Clark Fulton, Edgewater, Jefferson, and Brooklyn Centre.

I.e. if this property were located in Oakbrook/Centerville versus Miami Chapel/West Dayton, you will have a dramatic shift in price and operational ease.I would talk to brokers in the area.
