My wife and I are a young newly wed in central NY with a plan to buy rentals.

In order to overcome the problem, the Turnkey Company would do well to, at a minimum, invest in having a 24 hr number where someone knowledgeable, actually picks up the phone by the third ring and can answer questions and deal with problems. 

I'm curious if anyone has any insight on hosting a wedding at their primary residence.

The initial club meeting will be Wed July 18th at Sliders in Southington, CT at 6:30 pm. 

I feel for the OP as far too many first time buyers get into these 203K type deals where they are purchasing retail then spending 50-100k or more with zero construction knowledgeOn a side note, we are in Key West for a month then heading to North Carolina for a wedding but we plan on spending a few days in Charleston. 

Does anyone have a useful tool to carry around keys that isn't just a standard key ring?
