Coukd someone please tell me how I go about getting names and addresses for yellow letter marketing?

I realize it's important to create a dialogue, learn more about their situation, and see how I can add value.I had a call yesterday that left me a bit puzzled, though, and I'd like to get some advice on how some on you more seasoned wholesalers may have handled it.Lady called, had received our yellow letter, was calling to "let us know she received it".

I am going to purchase a list from ListSource and then create my own Yellow Letters.

I always call (vs yellow letters) or just stop by their house if I can't find the number.

Right now I am kind of gearing up for a campaign to get in touch with folks who might be motivated to sell with yellow letters.

Once I have this information, do I send THEM yellow letters telling them I can bring them houses?
