We saved our VAs for after the military, and got a number of owner occupied houses that we improved over time, and sold or turned into rentals.

Both have ratings systems so you can see how the VAs are rated by the people that have hired them.

It depends if you are cold calling yourself or you are hiring VAs.

You might do that online, but at some point you may need to do that in person too.A couple of other things I like about KW I think you will find at no other brokerage....we have experts in nearly every niche...not just experts, but experts doing it in a BIG way if that's where you want to go....short sales, foreclosures, REOs, probates, luxury, international, condos, townhomes, new home sales, onsite sales, expanding across multiple cities or even countries, using VAs, building a team, building a rental portfolio, commercial, farm and ranch, and on and on and on.

Then a bank of VAs start calling until they get the person and ask them our lead questions about the property.
