I have heard some people buying an investment property for their child the day they are born so that when the child becomes old enough they can teach them how to invest in real estate through managing the property hands-on!

Also what method do you use to transfer funds from your property LLC's to your 'main' LLC, do you just call it a management fee and bill the child LLC's?
