The platform is great because commissions are low, $5 per stock purchase, ex. 100 shares of Match Group would be a $5 commission charge.

Sounds pretty cool, but if you are looking for a similiar tool for SFH try www.pellego.com they just recently pivoted to be a brokerage, but their technology platform is free to use and find great on and off market rehab deals.

I can't imagine it being difficult in that platform (I never used it).
