If you're a lower income renter who could most benefit from lower utility costs, this isn't available to you.Of course there's important details - the difference between cost of electricity units and transmission of them, utility overhead costs, reliability, economies of centralized generation vs distributed, peak demand, energy storage, and a whole host of other things.

Not laminate -- we've seen (cheap) floating plank laminate flooring fail multiple times with fluid spills, humidifier leaks, pet accidents, planks coming apart.
