I have posted this a hundred times:475.42-brokering without a license is a 3rd degree felony in FL.475.43-using contracts as a scheme or device to broker real estate is not legal.Brokering is the following--A BAR SALEAdvertisingBuyingAppraisingRentingSellingAuctioningLeasingExchangingFOR ANOTHER...so...this gentleman, even though believing he is doing stuff legally, is violating FL law.

I’m a former nurse turned medical device sales rep, 30 years old, and married with 4 kids in Cincinnati. 

We, as a company, rately post on the MLS, since we get enough traction with the other web sites and really dont need other agents to bring potential tenants to us. 

And expect that tenants who aren't paying for heat will crank it up to 80+ and crack the windows if left to their own devices.

@Brad Miller by square reader you mean the small devices that connect to an OS device (IPAD or IPHONE) ?

IE a little thingee that will light up on their dash that says a payment is due and if the payment is not made the car is disabled.. and of course GPS tracking so they can take the car back..When I first heard about the starter interrupt device for auto lenders I thought - that sounds like a whole lot easier than foreclosing on real estate! 

I myself am a Medical Device rep who has recently relocated to the area.
