In some areas the Absentee Owners lists aren't doing as well because so many investors are are mailing to the same owners.Some newer motivated seller lists are catching traction but haven't yet been over-mailed.

I took me a little while to finish my raise but after we got traction it went quick.

Many guys have tried this here, including those who thought there was traction with the 5 year statute issue.

Institutional investors attached to Broker/Dealers are using securities to finance these loans pools, the capital they raise is very cheap by doing so and the more of them who get sales traction on those bonds, the more prices are driven up.

I'd let them out without trying to go after anything past that though since it isn't worth the time and effort and I doubt I would get much traction looking to get more than 2.5months past when they vacated.

Hi Shahriar, I hope this topic gets some traction, because I was hoping to find out more.

I've had funding ready to go for a while now but it’s taken time to get any traction in this market due to the good deals getting taken very quickly.

@Cyle Lublin I feel like I missed the boat with most of those areas (including indian village) for super good deals but maybe the new center area is one to be considered, I head that was getting some traction too. 

That said, if my business is to gain traction, I will keep the lines of communication open and we may be able to forge an amenable business relationship in the future.Nice meeting you.
