And its going to make me even more money in the future so I never have to worry about some big company letting me go when I hit 50 or 55 or something.......And no matter how you run the numbers, there's no way anybody could ever convince me that you can make more money from any other investment on the planet than you can if you invest in real estate.

Again, wholesalers are in the same boat as real estate agents.Legally and ethically, there isn't a wholesaler on the planet worth two beans more than a really good real estate agent.

Take no consideration for location, scenic views, or being next to a toxic dump.They have no way of knowing the interior or exterior condition of a house.If you want to understand comps, there are a zillion videos on YouTube showing how to do a CMA.

In the interest of full disclosure if I have one skill on the planet earth it is marketing. 

Will rather pay a few $$ to test then get stuck with a property thats toxic and get sued later.

There is mold everywhere on the planet, including homes.  

Laminate is the WORST Product on the planet!!!!

If you're only goal is to make money without regard to anyone else on the planet, you might as well just be a pimp....in a way, that's what many are!

I've read a report on the tests that have been done to this house and it's really toxic.

Either it is the most neglected book on the planet, or it is by far giving out the worst advice....
