The landlords should always tell the truth, and the landlords should take care of the lawn not the tenants but when a guru come into town in a chicken truck selling snake oil, everyone gathered around to listen how to take the advantage of a paying tenant. 

Some have value, most are just peddling snake oil.Because of the feedback I found here on BP forums, I hired an awesome window / guard service based out of Chicago to protect a property under renovation and I avoided altogether a national wholesaler business here in Atlanta.  

I had the drains snakes out and that fix only lasted a week and a half and it is clogged again.

Fortunatley our drain contractor was able to get out there next day Friday morning right away with the big snake to clear out the sewer lateral.

In our short experience, they have all been snakes.  

Anyone who says you have to get started right away before all the good deals are gone is selling snake-oil and trying to make money off of you.  

She is a driven marketing woman and she pushes the envelope like any good snake oil salesman.

Electric goes out in a snow storm or a thunder storm.

A-lot of these wholesalers are snakes and it seems like no one cares to stop it!

Everyone pushes this Red Flag deal with selling all this programs and snake oil books, and I have never heard of anyone going to jail or paying a fine, and most auto dealers don't follow the Red Flag they have their own in house compliance.
