It's a popular alternative for millennials who want to be close to downtown, aren't into fountain square or are looking for a little more value.

They want to bring rent control to Garden Grove, Santa Ana, Huntington Beach, Fountain Valley, Tustin, Irvine.

I'm looking to invest in Indiana, specifically in multi units and found a few in Fountains Square and some in the Speedway area.  

Nor am I by any means a fountain of knowledge like our other members, but I believe you need to pay out your 25k investment before splitting the remainder 50/50.

This is good practice because the majority of the population knows little to nothing about real estate transactions and it is easy to get tuned out or disregarded if you come off as an information fountain in your interactions.
