If governmental support is not there to support growth, as mentioned above, higher taxation or very restrictive zoning will effect limitations on the market.I'm not familiar with Detroit, but I know there is opportunity there.

No child support, forfeiture of license until child support is current.

If LM ships product that doesn't work well the plane falls out of the sky, kills the pilot, and we have an inept military when air support is needed.

If knowledge and support is a reason, then investing in an education and support base makes perfect sense.Again, this is your business and you're dealing with thousands of $$$.

The key is to show the lender they will pay for it one way or another and providing proper support is also critical.
