We had one bad experience where the guest was smoking cigarettes in the home which was flagged immediately by the maid. 

I just had one last week, it was a broken smoke detector. 40 bux. 

Some of our companies are requesting that the lease state no smoking.

I have had a lot of contractors over the years try to blow smoke up my rear thinking I didn't know what needed to be done and how much it was really going to cost.

Neither my brother or myself smoke.

Supposedly that Mediterranean diet will help your brain health too.Only 20% of the US population smokes and that decreases as income goes up so I you probably won't see alot of smoking investors.Thanks for the statistics on smoking. 

My personal opinion is that having savings in hard assets such as Gold, Silver, and BTC may be a good idea but I have not heard of any companies that would do that transaction. 

As a Landlord who has No Smoking policy, I understand that smoking weed is apart of that but what about Medical Marijuana?

There are no real wholesalers in the group, and very few people doing free and clear transactions, at least that I know of, and the average level of the knowledge about real estate of any of those "Bid Dogs" attending the masterminds is very low, or almost non existent, as most of them are new members.Phil preaches that they are experts because the know just a little be more about real estate investment than the average guy, but the reality is that is all smoke and mirrors, and they feed and prey upon people expectations to improve their lives, creating false expectations about people being able to make money the easy way, with no credit or money to start with.

FYI, Evolve now includes booking.com and I just had the worst experience with a renter from booking.com (they trashed my house, smoked and ruined my hardwood floors) and want to be removed from that site, and Evolve will not remove my listing from that site so I am motivated to terminate with them.
