My guess is we will probably start to see more of this as its one thing for a deal to go bad another if the sponsor is negligent and did not do what they said they would. 

I am seeing more lenders starting to offer manufactured home loans, that normally did not.

Hi @Ken Almira - once you have narrowed your market, make sure you build a team from the start so you'll get the best education in that particular area.

This fundamental slow in housing starts has caused household formation to outpace new homes (single and multifamily) by 2.3 million between 2012-2022 (Source).
