I want to do two FHA with my name and my buddy (partner) and then plan on looking for properties in the south (Georgia) where my sister lives.

The following cruise, I took my sister and her daughter and paid for it.

The benefit is that my business parter/sister is a real estate agent, so she provides comps/evaluations on any properties we find, but I will definitely take all of the insight you have given me into consideration. 

My sister is trying to purchase a home in Land O' Lakes, FL & a lender told her that she has to find a home by June 2nd & get it under contract because Land O' Lakes is no longer going to be eligible for USDA's Loans.

It’s their sister.

When it was paid for they had the property put in mine and my sisters name.

So I helped my sister moving into a apartment by getting on her lease but I don’t live there.If I were to buy myself property back by an fha loan would I run into problems even though I’m attached to her lease but I don’t live there and I’m willing to live in the fha back home as my primary residence Again I dont live at the apt but I’m on that lease for 8 more months.None of the bills are in my name either.

I am seriously looking into real estate as a method to build a legacy and long term income for myself as well as my two sisters.
