In CA I would imagine your median home is 550k by 150 houses/year =82M/year in revenue plus houses in rotation (being rehabbed, offered for sale and waiting closing).Because with 150 flips you will have enormous overhead and your efficiency will decline.

Eventually I want to have wifi-enabled locks on all doors, so I can rotate the codes online, see who entered when, etcelectronic payments: any tenant who doesn't have their own eACH solution from their bank I now require to use Venmo to pay rent.

But, on the content side of things... it's been really interesting seeing the data come in from our 500+ members... and we're continually testing and tweaking things to make the system overall more effective for members.We actually have 4 different rotations of "stock content" for each type of website, we "personalize" each website with location specific info for their market, their company, etc...... their title tags are optimized for their local market, etc.I'm an SEO guy by necessity... because over the years I had to learn SEO to get traffic to my own websites... and I have a full-time SEO team here at Carrot...... and duplicate content has come up more than once as a potential concern.The other real estate investor website systems out there give every member the same content (no matter what area they invest in).
