I, as well as the other Guide Dog handlers I know, agree that we overcompensate for our lack of sight - we thoroughly examine (with our hands) our dogs daily or more, and I personally, massage my dog daily (twice a day if I think she needs it).

I feel this is the only avenue I can take right now until, I restore my credit and save some money to finally do my first wholesale deal or rental propertie to hold.

I’m doing the light weight work and restoration details, structural issues and the roof are being handled through a contractor out of the construction loan.  

The most heartbreaking 'con' for me is its impact on historic homes which really need a ton of sweat equity to restore. 

I’m looking to jump into REI, but I’m a complete newbie.I currently work in car sales and I run a restoration service. 

Most of my markets generally prefer clean and modern compared to all original restored.

And if I were starting, I'd have to get some F&F money for the rest or at least part of the rest -- or done this on a smaller scale. 

It's in ROUGH shape.. unsure if it can be saved, but I would like to attempt to save it and/or have it restored to it's original glory. 

I submitted a claim to get the water damage restoration process started and replace the burst pipe.
