I'm interested too - and found that they are an asset (take low level, repetitive, database tasks off your plate) IF there are systems/processes in place to give them EXACTLY what they need to do and how to do it... i.e., I tried the other way (piecemeal system, trying to loom a couple videos and talk them through what I wanted)-- NOT GOOD.
