They have been given a chance to move in and hopefully own a very upgraded home will all upgrades that they could never right now afford, and they are too lazy to: recycle dead batteries ( it's hard to drop off at most car supply stores, Sears, etc), do not live up to agreements with any company ( landlord, DirectV, Dish TV, etc), Always switch jobs ( I approve the lease based on their incomes, and they wait until moved in and then change - as if they know how the landlord "game" is played), etc.

My son and I are developing a Night Club in Baltimore that should be ready to rent in April, lots of moving parts, but when you have the right contractors doing what is necessary, you are able to sleep at nights and not worry too much about cost over-run.As for "flipping, assignment, recycling properties and finding great transactions", a few simple suggestions would be to follow the negative!!

There's nothing better than to not have to worry about completely losing your lifestyle because you got fired. if you have the passive income to back you up, you can come to work everyday with a giant grin and just dare your boss to mess with you and fire you. 6800 per month is a very decent wage and i would milk every penny of it out of the company before packing my bags and saying goodbye.
