The other thing I would strongly recommend is to make very specific notes on exactly what brand and finish and color that you used so when the tenant moves out you can give to your PM and the person doing the turnover can then just buy a little quart of the paint and touch up all the marks on the wall and that will save you from having to repaint in-between tenants.
