You cannot set limits on thermostats, water usage, etc., nor can you charge a differential above a set amount.

I suggest Ring Doorbell2.My automation for AirBnB has:1) Ring doorbell2.2) Smart Thermostat.3) Window and door sensors.4) Yale Smart lock.5) Water leak sensors and smart fire alarm.Once these things are connected by a hub, then you can do automation.

Mine can set door codes, message (or call) guests, schedule cleaners, adjust the thermostat, monitor my cameras, & call a plumber just as easily as a local PM can, for 1% of the costI wrote much more about leveraging offshore assistants in this post here.

As winter approached, we all know about all the phone calls we get from tenants that the heat is not heating up the apartment enough, not to mention the big percentage of them that when we come to check it out the windows are open< ,but I was looking for an accurate thermostat that I can carry around and get the accurate temperature to know what the temperature really is.
