They recently furnished 12 corporate housing units in Houston for us and we were happy with the end product.

That would have been known up front if that was the original loan product being used.

I'm in the same boat for reference- I bought into the "buy now, refi later" idea and am sitting on a 7.375% on my latest property acquisition and a commercial line of credit I have is at prime + 1 (so 8.5%).

If you have a truly superior and/or unique product it will be easier to not have to compete with price.

Are they along the lines of what you would see in a Zillow Zestimate or different to  significant degree?

Most, if not all are in older neighborhoods without a HOA and on the bus line.
