You can also leave out some bulk hotel toothbrush/toothpastes, make up removers, earplugs, sleeping masks, etc. if you really want to step up a "In Case You Forgot" basket.You can keep a closet with extra of things that has a lock on it and if someone is irrate because they don't have enough pods, you can at least have a back up solution for them if you choose too. 

I do pretty much like more SD than SA, but as you asked, the money that I have to invest it aint that much, goes between 30-40K to start and will be definitely for long term, as I said, I´m a beginner in this business in the US, as commons says I´m at the baby steps stage right now.

What are the watch outs or steps that you recommend?

I think if I can achieve that I will rapidly learn, then be able to evaluate what steps might be best for the next stages.

I’ve been interested in real estate for years and have invested as an LP in several projects, ranging from residential single-family homes to NNN properties and flipping.While I haven’t owned any property yet, I’m hoping to take that step in the near future.

What other steps would you take to see if it makes sense to relax the rental criteria?

I believe if your mother-in-law runs out of money that Medicaid will step in and pay for the nursing care.

If the costs for home buying goes up for first time home buyers then the results will probably be that less starter homes will be moving in the market unless non profits and the sort step up.
