We are hoping when gather a good team we can explore other possibilities.

My plan is to take the next six months to try and learn as much as possible about multifamily real estate, while also saving up money to be able to start a career in brokerage.

The possibilities are endless really. 

I realizing the duplex conversion strategy is more complex I probably wouldn't try it on my first property, just want to get a sense of what's possible in the Chattanooga market :) Thanks!

I had hoped to set this up with PNC since I bank with them but an in-person visit to the branch is required for set up and this is not possible since I now live in Washington state.

They have asked me for $7500 to be wired for Appraisal and possible Phase 1.

I'm looking forward to connecting, learning and growing with as many ppl as possible.

Focusing on connecting with as many people as possible and looking at plenty of deals. 

But I am open to other financing possibilities.

The market still has relatively low entry points compared to other major cities, making it possible to find multifamily properties like duplexes and triplexes in the price range you’re targeting.
