I simply told my tenant that if she can provide a legal prescription from a licensed physician, she can have the dog but must provide proof of all vaccinations as they become due from a licensed veterinarian.

@Richard Tavetian if you want clear title the property taxes have to be paid prior to close. 2) More than likely there exists a prescriptive easement or a recorded easement on the property. 3) Follow you states landlord tenant law and give notice of rent increase or termination of rent.

Her prescription went away immediately and within a couple months she lost her disability rating.  30 days later, she had a full-time job for the first time in her adult life.Another woman taught her children how to behave so they would be prescribed meds for ADHD that she would inject into herself and she lived off their SSI.The point I wanted to make is that I'm seeing an increasing number of people, particularly low-income and young, that are claiming disabilities when they are clearly capable of working.
