Old post, but in the short-term the world changed with the recent passing of HR 5376.

Generally, I want them to text me so I have that evidence but I don't want to get into a heated back and forth via text, that could be taken out of context and used against me. hahaKeep us posted but my guess is that this dies down.

Based on his last post, @Samuel Kim now seems to think it’s pointless for him and his wife to explore this topic over posts made by professionals who barely know anything about his situation. 

I keep a portfolio of photos in my arsenal - not posting all of them - but switching out a photo periodically as it can trigger your listing to move up the list when a change is made on some of the sites.  

To add to what has already been posted, wholesaling is hyper-competitive.

You can never fully delete what you post.

I found and joined those DU groups on FB (but I'm having trouble being able to post there).

@Jay Hinrichs you are correct and that is the difference in 41,888 post and my 1,444 post. :)
