Are any one plus an office or all the same?

From my experience from living here in the Bay Area and forced to live 2 hours from my office makes you really think outside of the box.

So don't get frustrated if they don't return your call or aren't in the office.

*Online Directories are only available for or useful for loans/borrowers in an active foreclosure where there has been a public filing in court or the recorder's office.

I have aggressively been looking at houses since February of 2023 actually touring the houses talking to real estate agents, putting offers, researching financing,working with loan officers and so on.

Assuming I will be doing more than 3 closures per year, should I just go ahead and hire a licensed/bonded loan officer to do my loan originations as RMLO?

A couple million dollar apartment building, office space, etc...

Fed's can talk all they want about "creating" however millions of homes, it changes nothing unless Harry Potter comes into office and shezams them into existence.
