It’s been a long road more so for him in and out of hospitals his whole life being told he would be able to do this and that but he’s a fighter and I’ve always taught them failure is not an option, it’s a learning experience and by the grace of god and his willingness and perseverance he has overcome all that we were told he wouldn’t.

It takes perseverance and a "never give up" attitude to succeed at this.Write down your lessons and move on to the next properties.Good Luck.

This reminded me of times in my life I've had to persevere through failure and doubt, so I knew that I could soon become a good cold caller, it was just going to take more time, practice, and effort.
