We provide housing for Homeless and Addicted people in underserved communities, and in an attempt to revitalize our Downtown area, and expand our Program (part of it is home ownership and entrepreneurship) we need to be able to buy adjudicated properties, or have them donated, then have the finances to redevelop and repair them. 

And what is the mix of guests (couples, entire families with kids, grandparents, parent visiting college students, hikers/water sports, college football fans) maybe theme it to what people think of when they go there or provide things that would enhance their stay (paddle boards, video games, theater room, kayaks, really cool beds that have slides etc).

It could be anything, but it reminds me of the satellite dish pole my parents had in our yard when growing up.

If your plan is to rent to college students, then I think it can be wise to have in your contracts co-signed by a parent/legal guardian.

We have a good apartment in socal in an area close to wife’s parents and looking to have children soon so want to stay close vs moving now.

I have been saving since I was 14 years old, and I am on Track to buy my first Duplex (house hack) while still being a senior in high school with my Parents cosign, I turn 18 In a few months.
