@Will Yang you havn't given enough info to do a full analysis, and I bet enough thought into all your options. you told what you owe but what did you Pay? 

@Antonio Yang  The recessed lights are much nicer than standard surface mount light fixtures. 

I had already taken out all carpet and as much of the pad as I could get off the floor.Question, when using a shop vac, what did you do with the shop vac AFTER you vacuumed at the house?

That's great, but most dogs have the "aim" of a 5 year old boy and seem to miss the pad a lot.
