The glass cutting is very easy, the window trim is the real pain in the neck part, re fitting the the trim can be tricky, but it is a relatively simple process.   

Some are not so good and a pain in the neck, many are mediocre, and some are really great and a pleasure to work with.

is in an area that is safe, with nothing he can choke on, outlets covered so they don't put keys in them (my son did that once) nothing breakable that can fall down on them, nothing close to shelves where they can climb up on them, no pieces of anything they can wrap around their necks, nothing they can climb up on counters with, etc., you can make sure they have toys, turn on a movie and make your calls. ;)

Build costs are a bit out of hand out here now so it MAY be cheaper in your neck of the woods but couldn't imagine more than 10%.
