Advertise in the classifieds of your local news papers.

I have had more usual luck with the local "free" newspaper anyone can pick up most places.

It also has statewide and city discussion boards as well as general subject boards.rottentomatoes; I'm a movie junky (easier to deal with than real life) so this is great for research, it's pretty cool because the moves discussed (and posters) are not just American.doityourself; the best site I've found for posting questions and getting GOOD answers on how to do a particular job.I also subscribe to the onlline editions of several big newspapers and magazines that I don't receive in paper form.all cash

I have tried searching the papers….but didn’t get the right ones; I would like to know any resources like any websites, agency newspapers….from where you had luck.Please do help me...its serious!!!!

The legal organ is the countys' legal newspaper.

...or if you want to keep it simple, you could just look at the newspaper (in the "houses for rent" section).Good Luck,Mike

Direct mail, bandit signs, yellow page ads, newspaper...First, I see a lot of people saying they don't want to waste money on marketing.

Several of us even share an ad in the newspaper.

Just thought I'd clarify the situation a little further.I think the rental market is strong here; the house is two blocks from the college (not that college kids are always the best target market, either) and just from driving around and watching FOR RENT signs and the newspaper it looks like there is a fairly high occupancy rate.Thank you very much for your quick response - I will continue to do research and figure out my options.Josh
