Also people who stay up late need to get up early so disturbing their mornings with some music/noise is in order and not illegal.

There are no zoning laws there, which is all well and good until your neighbor opens a night club that plays loud music until 4am, or turns their property into a pig farm or a trash dump or a brothel, or you name it, which lowers your property's value and renders it impossible to sell, and there's nothing that you can do it about.

I would guess they dont have a super scheduled home life,  ie they arent getting driven to sports or music lessons..after school..

If you're not, you are going to get beat by alot of others that are..I'd rather have a chair when/if the music stops but that mentality also forces me to miss deals.
