Sort of same situation but the home was not in that bad of shape. 

So, I'm more curious about your motivation to sell.

I'm not looking to step on anyone's territory, rather wanting to help people that are in distressed mode because they are losing their home, are whatever the reason is that they are motivated to sell. 

My son was very motivated and succeeding in virtually everything until he was 16 years old.  

Although I am outside of my comfort zone and feel like an absolute tool (I'm lost and that's uncomfortable), my faith, drive, and want to achieve my family and life goals continues to motivate me to get outside of my comfort zone and push for continuous improvement.  

He is the best but his ability to fully understand some of these newer business 2.0 concepts sort of escapes him maybe a little bit.
