  $500 for 4 hours every Sunday morning (so $2000-2500/month) and its basically on a month to month lease so not much turnover to deal with from the landlord perspective.  

Make sure to at least ask your agent questions so you can be sure ya wait until the attorney is too busy to answer your call at 8pm or saturday morning at 9am..

What about the plumber that stops a flooding leak on a Sunday morning or the HVAC tech that fixes a furnace under a crawl space in the middle of a freezing night?
