There are about a dozen modules or bonus material. 

A lot of investors seem to stick with that business module and that one only.

Costar has a pacific tenant module that does cost big bucks that will give you info on who is leasing where and when the leases are do and what per sq ft they are paying.For a larger tenant there is much more complexity involved in moving then for a small tenant of 1,500 to 2,500 sq ft.The smaller units I have seen retail leasing brokers walk shopping centers handing out flyers to existing tenants to try and scoop them away to their development. 

It covers Real Estate basics & business types, some pretty awesome marketing techniques & lead generation, how to fund a deal, the contracts, art of negotiation, determining if a deal is a good investment (doing the math), closing, etc. it's honestly been a great program, I'm almost done with the 6 modules.

Also, you can add more workspaces such as if you start wholesaling and you want to move to fix and flips, you can add a module to link the two.

The only thing these people lack are lunar excursion modules.

It has a built-in accounting module, e-leases, maintenance management, and facilitates online payments.

Just create the GL codes for it and book it against them.If Yardi Voyager decides to just sell their accounting module, I would take that over any other platform.
