Hello Trevor,Why do you give the tenants in units 2 and 3 the access to use your laundry facility?

I was concerned about the quarters becoming over loaded in between dates that I was able to visit the facility.

Are you going to run the facility or does your cashflow account for a person to manage the place.

Is there a specific town or suburb that would attract medical professional and/or professional tenants more than others?

I am in the medical field and want to dip my hands into real estate.  

However, what Worcester needs is accessible housing, jobs, and shopping options.Currently, Worcester offers limited job opportunities and shopping facilities.

They work on those big erections of steel you see at a petrochemical refinery and associated nitrogen fertilizer facility. 

Look up medical for Shock Wave therapy and/or Pre Nuvo body scan.I just don't like Enabler or Victim approaches. 

Many wont even live till 60.People get blinded by the new shiny toy that they forget, REAL ESTATE IS THE RETIREMENT VEHICLE so why put a retirement vehicle into another retirement vehicle which you can't even enjoy until you're dead or crippled with medical issues.

I loved it so much that I left my job in Medical sales to join a broker that specializes in this loan.
