A faux wood look with an almost black or dark grey siding would help distract the eye.But, all of this costs money, and typically beyond some cleanup and fresh paint, on a rental is the best bang for your buck.

Also some states do not allow you to seller finance if you have an existing mortgage - others require the sales price to be above the existing loan and cannot mature before the existing loan.Definitely need to get an attorney involved who handles state compliance

By the time I get down to a candidate I like, I've already run extensive checks on her/him, verified their income, and the forty bucks for the check is just smart money spent.I also think a large part of it is being in the affordable-rentals sector of the business.
