Really interested in investing in this market and would accept a relatively low return (or even a break even scenario because i believe in continued appreciation potential here). 

We are looking for low maintenance (so primarily new construction or >2000 and well maintained/rennovated) single family homes.

But I do think that the overall quality is very low compared to the rest of the US.

I was initially drawn in by the low fee, which has since fluctuated, but may still be the lowest out there.

And maybe diversify a little, invest half in a low cost S&P500 fund like VOO and the split the rest across 2 or 3 syndications.

With that low interest rate, you will have paid down a lot of equity in the deal and should be able to finance with a bank.

I'm currently looking further into this and will review the information provided to you.I do see from our email communication I was under the impression you guys were looking for investment strategy, which as you know we cannot provide.

After 2 years you can apply for a “Rent consideration” (I think that’s what they called it) as long as you still live there and that may allow you to increase rents by more than the annual allowance (probably designed for unit that are very low rents).

If I have the time after dinner to run to Lowe’s , and deliver material at 10pm, I didn’t have to ask if that’s ok.
