If your loan is $110K then the payment on the 15 year would be $927/month at 6.15%; 30 year option at 6.625% would be $690.

Credit is also going to hinder your ability to get a heloc, and lack of income for now. 

Here's another way to look at it...Let's say you have a HELOC and a 30-year fixed 1st mortgage.
