Sam - lighten up!

A little background of myself in real estate; I worked for Wells Fargo Home Mortgage shortly as a loan processor which lightened up my interest in real estate. 

If any of the group is interested in Maple Valley, I'm the previous owner of Imbibe Bottle House & Taproom and once all of this covid crap lightens up, I can have them hold space for a regular meetup.

If the rehab work was done well, the property should be doing great soon.To lighten your load, you could sell the second quad. 

There are plenty of opportunities for these seminars for under $100 to get very detailed information on specific topics from those sources, such as Budgeting and Reserves.Boards can lighten their load with regard to certain projects or tasks, by establishing various "Committees", made up of Owners that are NOT Board members.

@David Smit If you feel the need to unburden yourself I may be willing to lighten your load of too many properties.

Lighten up people..... its a little fun......sure I'm not going to win....but its tiny $$ to play out a fantasy..... a dream....I wonder how many posting on here drop $5-8  on Starbucks every day...for something that tastes good for a few minutes, then you piss it out in an hour..... and you can make it at home cheaper.

We just closed on this mobile home park and we are getting ready to start adding more units.Go on the Investor Summit at Sea real estate cruise with the Real Estate Guys, Robert Helms and Russell Grey.Bring on one or two more assistants to lighten our work load and systematize our businesses better.
