@Yoni Ramras, that's probably a question for your attorney, but my understanding is NO, unless the bank requires you to sign a guarantee on behalf of your other LLC(s).Btw, a fun fact in Missouri--my stat--is that a lender/collector cannot garnishee or levy an asset or account owned by spouses, unless both spouses signed to personally guarantee the debt.

If the purchase agreement says you can assign or doesn't specifically say you can't, then you can.Because of excise transfer taxes, nobody double closes.
