Hey Daniel, "David Wilcox" with Trust funding inc, he reached out to me and offered me a RE loan, I received exactly the same financing terms you did and also felt it is too good to be true, so I start searching online but couldn't find anything resourceful that prove this is a scam.This is how I found this post :))The website looks legit, and the business is active from 2018 ... how eventually did you find out its a scam ?

They are small, take up less space, often have wheels on them, don't collect dust, and easily show if something's left behind in them (so you don't even have to open them when you're cleaning!).
